Can I combine my order with previous ones?
Yes. If you want your order combined please message me directly on any of the platforms. Please note that a combined order will only ship once all the items are in-hand and finished production
How quickly will my order ship?
Shipping times vary by product and location. In-stock items are shipped within 7 days. Pre-order items may take up to several months to arrive. For more information on a specific pre-order item please check the relevant description or contact me directly.
Do you ship to [my country]?
All orders are shipped internationally! If for any reason you do not see your country/location listed, please don’t hesitate to contact me and I will personally check the shipping options to your address.
Are there cheaper/faster shipping options available?
By default, the shipping price you see during checkout is a standard fare for standard tracked delivery of all packages of that size from your location to mine. If you require a different shipping option, please contact me directly and I will do my best to come up with a solution for you.
Can I change my address?
If the order hasn’t shipped yet – please don’t hesitate to contact me for a shipping address change. I will note it down and make the change.
If the order already shipped – I would suggest conacting the shipping service provider immedeately to ensure the package reaches the correct destination. I will be happy to assist with what I can from my side.
Can I cancel my order?
Due to the fact that all pre-order sales go to the production costs of the product, no cancellations are accepted. Please carefully read the description of all items before placing an order.
Of course, financial emergencies may happen on your side, in which case an exception to the rule may be granted. In that case please contact me individually
Repeated or unreasonable cancellations may get you banned from the shop permanently and without warning.
