Can I combine my order with previous ones?
Yes, you can use the “combine with previous orders” shipping option during checkout. Please note that a combined order will only ship once all the items are in-hand and finished production
You NEED to have a previous (NOT SHIPPED!) order with full shipping paid in order to use the combine option, otherwise your order will not ship.
How quickly will my order ship?
Shipping times vary by product and location. In-stock items are shipped within 7 days. Pre-order items may take up to several months to arrive. For more information on a specific pre-order item please check the relevant description or contact me directly.
Do you ship to [my country]?
I ship worldwide! If you do not see your country/location listed, please don’t hesitate to contact me and I will personally check the shipping options to your location.
Are there cheaper/faster shipping options available?
By default, the shipping price you see during checkout is a standard fare for registered small parcel shipping from your location to mine. If you require a different shipping option, please contact me directly and I will do my best to come up with a solution for you.
Can I change my address?
If the order hasn’t shipped yet – yes. Please don’t hesitate to contact me for a shipping address change. I will note it down and make the change.
If the order already shipped – I would suggest contacting the shipping service provider immediately to ensure the package reaches the correct destination. I will be happy to assist with what I can from my side.
Can I cancel my order?
Due to the fact that all pre-order sales go to the production costs of the product, no cancellations are accepted. Please carefully read the description of all items before placing an order.
Of course, financial emergencies may happen on your side, in which case an exception to the rule may be granted. In that case please contact me individually
Repeated or unreasonable cancellations may get you banned from the shop permanently and without warning.

Yes! After shipping, you’ll get a tracking number via email
